인플루엔자로 학교일정들이 미뤄져서

2009년 신입생 접수도 5월 29일까지로 연기되었습니다.

현재까지 중학생 약 50명, 고등학생 30명 정도가 접수를 했습니다.

앞으로 시험과 면접, 신체 검사 등을 거쳐

가을 학기에 입학할 예정입니다.

Both Victor and Braulio were announced as successful candidates for the Handong University of Korea on May 22nd.

Victor will receive full scholarship and Braulio will receive exemptions for the entrance and registration fees.

There were difficulties with document submission and phone interview but we are able to share the good news by God's grace.

Please continue to pray so they can adapt themselves to the schedule and life in Korea.

지난 22일 있었던 한국 한동대학교 합격자 발표에서

익투스 학생 Victor와 Braulio가 모두 합격했습니다.

Victor는 전액 장학금으로 Braulio는 입학금 및 등록금 면제로

모두 장학금 혜택을 받게 되었습니다.

워낙 먼거리이라 서류접수와 전화면접이라는 어려움이 있었지만

모두 하나님의 은혜로 좋은 결과를 전해드립니다.

앞으로의 일정과 한국 생활에서의

그동안 인플루엔자로 미뤄졌던 학교일정이

18일 학교 개강을 시작으로 다시

정상적으로 이뤄지고 있습니다.

학생들은 17일 까지 학교로 돌아왔으며

기숙사로 들어가기전 건강 체크를 했습니다.

아직 개인적인 사정으로 돌아오지 못한

몇몇 학생을 제외하고는

현재까지 3명의 학생이 건강상의 이유로

집으로 다시 돌아갔습니다.

Ms. Tina has spent 3 month at Ichthus mission school and has left for United states on 5/4/2009.  Ms. Tina has spent her time teaching students english and giving them information about   graduate schools in United States.  She has been a tremondous help with the students at Ichthus mission school.  Thank you!
