Construction for new Senior Center

On October 1st, the construction of Ichthus Senior Center has started, first with the demolition of chicken coop. Led by missionary Tae-soo Park and Gil-hyok Lee, this construction is for preparing the frequent visits by senior supporters in the near future. The first building is to be located on the current chicken coop site. For this, the chicken coop will be relocated to a new site near ‘borego?’ cage. We had a groundbreaking worship on October 11th, and there were many ministry staffs came over to pray together for the construction. The senior center is projected to be consist of total seven buildings including a prayer house.

Currently, there are many missionaries and staffs with gray hair, and we expect more to join in the future.  With the new senior center, we will be able to open the door for more of experienced senior missionaries.

Ichthus Mission Center still needs a lot more of missionaries and staffs. There are yet more works to do, but with the lack of sufficient staffs, many of our staffs are having rushed days.

With the newly constructed senior center, we are hopeful to receive more of devoted staffs and missionaries and we will be able to spend more time on prayers and studies.
