Before our sorrow for Mr. Cho’s leaving was gone, we had to made Mr. and Mrs. Kolby and Pastor Yoo, Keum-Sook’s farewell. When this fall semester began, they came over here and worked for 3 months, and they went back to the US.

After they came over here, the 9PM prayer meeting was started, and this prayer meeting is settled down at the Ichthus Mission Center now. Especially, Mrs. Kolby and pastor Yoo were focusing on this prayer meeting, and because of that, more and more missionaries are participating in this prayer meeting. Not only this prayer mission, but also Mrs. Kolby had made organic juice for the missionaries on everyday, and killed all insects and ants that were eating our plants and vegetables. Pastor Yoo was also doing hard work such as washing blankets, taking care of students as their friend, guide, and mentor.
While they were staying at the Ichthus Mission Center, they had done so much work. Mr. and Mrs. Kolby couple leaded the “Bible Memorization Contest”, and all three of them joined the “Silver Mission Team” and went to villages to villages to spread out God’s words.
Even though it was only about 3 months to stay here, they had enough time to achieve so many things, and to encourage our missionaries. Their work and prayers helped us build strong Mission Center here in Chiapas in Mexico.
When we have the 9PM prayer meeting, we still miss Mr. and Mrs. Kolby and Pastor Yoo. God always knows what we miss and what we need, and He sent his people over here for filling up their leaves.
“Good-bye” always brings sorrow to us.
However, we know that we are going to see each other again, and in this joyful moment will happen soon.
We pray for Mr. and Mrs. Kolby and Pastor Yoo to be healthy and peaceful.
