<Mr. and Mrs. Kim couple who will be the first resident of the Silver Town at the Ichthus Mission Center>

Mr. and Mrs. Kim had finished the 11th Silver Mission training, and decided to be long-term missionaries. They first came here in last summer as the short-term mission of the Silver Mission Team. After they joined the Antioch Mission Ministry, they realized how important the missionary work was in their lives. They had already decided to be missionaries 7 years ago, but it was hard for them to leave from their lives in the US. After few years later, the Silver Mission Team in New Jersey led finally them to devote their lives as missionaries. When they worked here in last summer, they realized that this place was where they were going to spend their entire lives.

He has been loosing his sight since he left his country, Korea, and now, Mr. Kim, Kook-Hong can barely see. Nevertheless he plans to help and support people with his medical experience as retiree doctor and musical knowledge. He will also join the prayer mission because God let him open his eyes spiritually even his physical sight is becoming weaker. Indeed, Mrs. Kim, who ran a cleaners in the US, is going to clean and manage students clothes, and manage storages.

Mr. and Mrs. Kim will be first member of the Silver Town that we are constructing now. After finish the construction, they are going to stay in the Silver Town, and work for the Ichthus Mission Center. We hope more seniors come over here to live their rest of lives in this Silver Town, and work for His Kingdom until HE COMES.
