It is great joy for us to praise and worship God.
We had 1st round of the Ichthus CCM contest on last Saturday, November 29th.
Total of 8 teams joined this contest and more than 300 people participated in.
The Ichthus staff and students were busy to prepare this contest from early in the morning. The Ichthus students helped lots of things for this contest, such as guide, refreshment, seat, moving instruments, parking, and so on. The Ichthus staff spent whole day checking systems and preparing all for this event
This contest scheduled to start at 7 pm, but the contestants started arriving at 4 pm. We guided them from the entrance of the Ichthus Mission Center, and gave them warm welcomes and refreshments.
This contest was started at 7 pm while it started recoding for broadcasting through one of Christian radio stations.
This contest was started with special guest first, then all contestants came up on the stage one by one. All teams played and sang songs very well, and it made this first contest successful. The Ichthus students were great helper during this contest, and some of them joined this event as contestants, and they played and sang songs well also.

The 1st round of this CCM contest went on for 2 hours, and finished with the audience’s hailing. 6 of 8 teams went to the final round, which will hold December 12th. The one team from the Ichthus School went to the final round also.
